Soft Tech Electronics provides independent TV repair services. We are not an authorized service center for any TV manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Phone diagnosis is free. On-site inspection may attract a nominal fee, which will be informed before the visit. Repair charges are communicated and approved before work begins.

3. Warranty

Warranty on repairs and replaced parts, if any, is communicated at the time of service. Warranty covers only the specific repair or part, not the entire TV.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information
• Ensure access to the TV at the agreed time
• Inform us of any prior repairs

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the repair charges paid. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, data loss (for smart TVs), or issues unrelated to our repair work.
